Anthoine Hubert: Formula 1 pays tribute with minute’s silence before Belgian GP

Formula 1 held a moment’s silence before Sunday’s Belgian Grand Prix in memory of Anthoine Hubert.
The Formula 2 driver, 22, died on Saturday in an accident in the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
F1 representatives stood around among his helmets because a movie honouring the motorist was played at the track.
Tributes continued during the race since lovers were seen by lap 19 – .
And race winner Charles Leclerc dedicated his victory.
“This is really to get Anthoine,” he said over group wireless later crossing the line. “Feels good, but difficult to enjoy a weekend like this.”
Earlier in the day, brother and Hubert’s mother joined drivers out of F2 and Formula 3 to see a moment’s silence before the F3 race.
On Sunday morning that the F1 Twitter accounts declared:”Now we race. We do this with the heaviest of hearts, also we take Anthoine’s memory throughout. Much like it was to Anthoine, rushing is our passion and our fantasy. We are defined by it. So we race for Anthoine. And now, and always, we honour him.”
Hubert suffered a huge impact at about 170mph in the Raidillon swerves from the automobile of American Juan Manuel Correa.
His condition remains stable, following operation, although correa is in intensive care. The 20-year-old suffered fractures to both his thighs and a”minor spinal injury” from the crash and was taken to hospital .
Governing body that the FIA will start a complete investigation the way security features and the cars at the track behaved in the wreck and which will populate its causes.
Hubert appears to have sustained two consequences – one together with all the barriers at the top of Raidillon, and another when his car was struck broadside by that of Correa, whose auto afterward turned upside down and skidded along the trail on its own’halo’ head-protection device.
Following his injury, there has been a report produced in the event of F1 driver Jules Bianchi, who suffered head injuries in an accident in the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka.
