Le’Veon Bell returns to skipping Jets’ voluntary OTAs

With minicamp in the rearview mirror, Le’Veon Bell is back to his own schedule.
The New York Jets running back wasn’t spotted onfield through the team’s voluntary organized group actions Tuesday, Gang Green’s third-to-last session of the offseason program.

Bell was joined in absentia by cornerback Trumaine Johnson and safety Jamal Adams, according to local colleagues in Florham Park.
Earlier both attended New York’s mandatory minicamp last 18, Johnson and bell missed OTAs before this offseason.
The star running back particularly remained away from the Jets facility until last week’s minicamp, citing a desire to workout on his terms and with his trainers as he has done for years to All-Pro outcomes. His return marked his first football action in 18 months. With Bell likely to skip the remainder of New York’s OTAs, the next time we ought to observe the RB is coaching camp in late July.
