Leyton Orient appoint Carl Fletcher as new head coach

Leyton Orient have appointed Carl Fletcher because their head coach to get a deal before the conclusion of this 2020/21 season.
Ross Embleton was of the O’s following the death of promotion-winning director Justin Edinburgh in summer time, though resigned from the role in 31, in charge.
Where he had been the loan supervisor, fletcher stems from Premier League club Bournemouth.
The 39-year-old previously handled Plymouth Argyle between 2011 and 2013, guiding the team League Two safety in his sole senior managerial role to date.
Fletcher rejoined Bournemouth in 2014, a club where he also spent eight years as a player, to handle the U18s.
Orient direct of soccer Martin Ling said:”The board went through the interview procedure by Carl and he kept coming out . At including his country he has leadership skills, which he had as a captain of teams he was. Everything that we looked for, ” he ticked each box.
“Everybody we talked to said everything we wanted to listen to. We spoke in Bournemouth to Stephen Purches , we had individuals speak to Eddie Howe and Charlie Daniels.
“We spoke to a couple of players who played at Plymouth as well as the folks at board level at Bournemouth and they all said the identical thing – they believe he’s going to make a top-class soccer manager”
While Danny Webb will go back to his function in first team development trainer embleton will go back to his position of assistant coach and Jobi McAnuff will continue in his role of player/coach.

He’s handled the circumstances with a skill and also a sensitivity that few can match. Moreover, we’d love to thank Danny Webb and Jobi McAnuff to their contributions at a really difficult time following Justin’s passing.”
Orient are in 17th place in League 2. Their next game comes off to Grimsby on Saturday.
