Ontario

Gaming and sports betting fans can also take advantage of lots of poker online gaming and sports gambling sites which are operated offshore.
On the other hand, the government monopoly on sports and gambling betting, which is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, forbids the operation of privately-owned online and land-based casinos, poker rooms and sportsbooks, with the exception of First Nations-owned/operated online casinos.
